Why “MADAC”?

Challenging Learning Experiences


“MADAC” ensures that students are challenged in all areas of their learning and that whole child / learner is developed. Differentiation techniques are used to ensure that children are challenged and are given chances to develop. Students must feel “tenseness” and some struggle to grow. If learning does not pose challenges, students will remain at their levels. We measure understanding and use pre-assessments for an understanding of prior knowledge. By knowing what our students know, we can deliver appropriate and challenging learning experiences to them.

Art, science, and technology


“MADAC” is keen on the learning and teaching of arts and science; research shows that these areas help students develop more holistically and all subjects deserve attention to reach the multiple intelligences in our students and help them grow in all areas. .

Effective learning


“MADAC” focuses ensuring that learning experiences are varied and that much of the learning is authentic. By connecting learning with our real lives, students gain more from the learning and can apply what they have learned. Effective learning means our students learn not only in the classroom, but in the field too. Student learn through visits, specialists, trips, and through various methods. MADAC does not limit learning to the book.

Individual development opportunities


“MADAC” makes it a priority to develop all learners. This means that we are a learning organization who looks to develop the skills in every child and adult. Growth is essential in the MADAC environment and life skills are developed. Individual development plans are created based on the needs and steps taken to ensure we reach our goals.

School Activities


“MADAC” offers an after-school activities program. Students are encouraged to participate in activities to further develop skills, hobbies and talents. Activities are provided by teachers of MADAC and external providers. Teachers offer activities of interest, those they are passionate about, so that they are delivered professionally and with love.
