Madac
Challenging Learning Experiences
Madac ensures that students are challenged in all areas of their learning and that they are comprehensively developed. Differentiation techniques are used to ensure
challenging students’ abilities and to give them chances to develop. Students must feel “tenseness” and struggle to grow. If learning does not pose challenges, students will
remain at the same level. We measure understanding and use pre-assessments to understand prior knowledge. By knowing what our students know, we can deliver
appropriate and challenging learning experiences to them.
Art, Science, and Technology
Madac is keen on teaching arts and science; research shows that these areas help students develop more holistically. All subjects deserve attention to reach multiple
intelligences in our students and help them grow in all areas.
Individual Development Opportunities
Developing all learners is a priority at Madac. This means that we are a learning organization that seeks to develop the skills of every student, teacher, and employee. Growth is
essential in Madac’s environment, and life skills must be developed. Therefore, individual development plans are created based on individual needs, and steps are taken to
ensure we reach our goals.
