Scholarship Strategy at MADAC Schools:
The scholarship strategy at MADAC Schools aims to support students in achieving academic excellence and providing high-quality education. The schools strive to ensure that students are not impacted by financial challenges. The scholarship strategy is divided into three main categories:
- Annual scholarships for academically outstanding students.
- Educational support for children from low-income families.
- Financial assistance for students whose parents face sudden financial difficulties.
General Requirements:
- Applicants must be Saudi nationals or legal residents in Saudi Arabia.
- Applicants must demonstrate good conduct.
- Applicants must be enrolled in an international school in Saudi Arabia or abroad or meet the required competencies in entrance exams.
- Achieve excellent grades over the last three academic years, according to the admission criteria.
- Provide certified copies of academic records and grades for the past three years.
- Achieve at least 95% in core subjects for the last three years:
- Arabic Language
- Mathematics
- English Language
- Sciences
Grade Requirements:
- achieve a Score of 6/7 in all subjects on the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) scale.
- Achieve 38 points or more in the IB Diploma Programme (IBDP).
- Achieve 98% or above on the traditional grading scale for students not enrolled in IB/national schools.
Scholarship Categories:
Category 1: Scholarships for Academic Excellence
These scholarships are awarded to academically distinguished students to encourage them to maintain outstanding performance throughout their educational journey.
- Eligibility:
- Scholarships are awarded based on academic achievements, such as high grades and excellent performance in scholarship exams.
- Scholarship Features:
- Duration: Scholarships are awarded for one semester or an entire academic year, depending on the student’s continued academic excellence.
- Coverage: Scholarships may cover 100% or a portion of tuition fees, depending on the scholarship tier and available funding.
- Coverage:
- Scholarships cover tuition fees only.
Application Process:
- Meeting admission and registration requirements and fulfilling conditions.
- Passing scholarship exams with the required score.
- Passing a personal interview with the boys’ or girls’ school principal and the general director.
- Presenting candidates to the executive committee for final approval.
Category 2: Educational Support for Children from Low-Income Families
- Eligibility:
Support is granted based on an assessment of the family’s financial situation, including income and household size, supported by income verification.
- Coverage:
- Includes tuition fees, transportation, books, uniforms, and educational activities.
- Covers additional costs such as international exams for Grade 12.
- Duration:
Support covers the entire academic journey until graduation, with an annual reassessment of the family’s financial status.
Category 3: Financial Assistance for Students Facing Sudden Financial Difficulties
- Eligibility:
- Students whose families were previously able to cover tuition fees but now face unexpected financial hardships (e.g., job loss, financial crisis).
- Coverage:
- Covers full or partial tuition fees, with additional costs such as transportation and books, as needed and approved by the committee.
- Duration:
- Support is periodically reassessed based on the improvement of the family’s financial situation, with priority given to ensuring the student completes the academic year.
Selection Committee:
- Board of Trustees member.
- General Director.
- Financial Manager.
- Boys/Girls Section Principal.
- Student Counselor.
Exclusive Nature of the Scholarship:
Students must not be beneficiaries of any other scholarship programs or discounts.
Entrance Exams for Academic Scholarships:
Students must pass entrance exams with a score of at least 90% in the following subjects:
- Arabic Language
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Sciences
Additional Requirements for IBDP Scholarships:
- Students must have an equivalent level of international education.
- Subject choices must align with the IB Diploma Programme offered at MADAC.

Application Process / All Categories:
Required Documents:
- Certified copies of academic records for the past three years.
- Copy of national ID or residency permit.
- Medical report proving physical fitness.
- Documents verifying the financial status of the parent/guardian category 2 and 3.
How to Apply:
- Complete the admission and registration requirements.
- Fill out the application form through MADAC’s platform within the specified timeframe.
- Pass the entrance exams.
- Complete a personal interview.
- Fulfill all announced conditions.
