Welcome to the Parent Portal! We’re excited to hear from you—whether you have a compliment, concern, or suggestion. Please feel free to use the MADAC Communication Structure to connect with the right people and keep the conversation going.
If you ever feel like your feedback hasn’t been acknowledged or resolved, we encourage you to submit a formal compliment or concern through this portal. This is meant for more significant issues that need immediate attention from our Leadership Team.
Submitting through this portal is the easiest and only way to share your formal feedback. Rest assured, it will be handled confidentially by our Director, who will personally take care of it or assign it to the right person. We’re here to help!
If you have an issue or complaint, in the first place, please use the compliments and complaints portal. The Direktor or Principal of the relevant School will be made aware of your concern and an appropriate member of staff will see your matter through to a conclusion. The Director and Principal will be kept informed during this process. If you feel the issue has not been resolved after this process, please contact the Director directly on info@madac.edu.sa
If you are unhappy with the Director’s response, or wish to appeal a decision made by the Director, or if your concern is about the Director in person, please then complete the following information. Your issue will then be elevated to the Board of Trustees.
